The student seeking admission should
fill up the application form attached with this prospect and submit in the office
of Principal, Rajeev Gandhi College along with the following certificates/documents
duly attested.
Marksheet
of 10th with 3 photo copies.
Marksheet of 12th
with 3 photo copies.
Transfer Certificate
or School Leaving Certificate.
Migration Certificate
with 3 photo copies (applicable
for students of C.B.S.E. courses
and other than M.P.Board).
Character Certificate.
Passport size Photographs,
5 copies.
Students of CBSE,
Open School, States other than
Madhya Pradesh & out side
India will have to obtain Eligibility
Certificate from Barkatullah University,
Bhopal.
Fees Schedule
The
candidates will have to pay the
full fee as fixed for each academic
year.
Enrollment fee,
Migration fee, Examination fee
and other charges will be directly
deposited in the university by
the candidate.
Once deposited,
no amount of fee shall be refunded
at any point of time.
If
the special training is given to the student outside the college and in other
institutions, such cost and expenses will have to be borne by student.
Withdrawal from the College
If
any student decides to discontinue/desert/withdraw voluntarily from the college
before completing the course or during the ;curriculum he/she will have to pay
full fee and charges for the full course or penalty amount equivalent to the remainder
of the course.
The
college reserves the right to expel a candidate whose work or; conduct is not;
found satisfactory or which is detrimental to the institute or for any other reason.
A
student will be relieved from the college and certificates and marks sheets will
be handed over to the student only after all the obligations to the college are
fulfilled.
