About Us Library Science Department

The library and Inf. science Dept. of Rajeev Gandhi College was established with the aim of providing the modern library concept to the students.

Librarianship is a service oriented profession & user is very important person as king. At present department is running with B Lib Inf. Sc. and M Lib Inf. Sc very successfully. College produces many toppers and university position holders every year.

These courses are job oriented professional courses. college also helps students in their placement. More than 80% students are well placed. our department has well Qualified, trained, dedicated, motivated and experienced faculty. we also arrange lectures on special topics by guest faculty for guiding students.
